Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Voixie Live apps for iPhone and Android and to voixie-live.web.app, provided by Voixie AI Technologies, Ankara, Türkiye ("we"). By creating an account or using Voixie Live you agree to them. For how we handle data, see the Privacy Policy.
The service
Voixie Live turns speech into live text and translation. Results are produced automatically and can contain mistakes, including names, numbers and meaning. Do not rely on them alone for medical, legal, financial, safety or other critical decisions; check anything important with the speaker or a qualified interpreter.
Your account
Apart from a short trial on a phone without an account, you need an account to use Voixie Live. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account) or as described on this page.
Plans, passes, subscriptions and free trials
- The Free plan includes 30 minutes of listening once per phone (on the web, also once per network for 30 days); it does not renew. Spoken translation uses this time 4× faster. A new account on the same phone does not get it again. Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Business) include the monthly listening time and session length shown in the app when you subscribe.
- Day and Week Passes are one-time purchases and do not renew. A pass gives access for 24 hours or 7 days from the time of purchase, up to the fair-use listening limit shown in the app when you buy it (spoken translation uses it 4× faster). It ends at the end of that period, and any listening time left then expires. A pass bought while another one is active extends it.
- Subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and billed to that store account. They renew automatically for the same period and price until you cancel. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
- If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Trials are available once per account or store account.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Voixie Live account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Unused listening time does not carry over to the next month. We may change prices or plan contents for future periods; the store will inform you before a price increase applies to you.
Acceptable use
Use Voixie Live lawfully. In some places and organisations you must tell participants, or get their consent, before their speech is transcribed or translated. Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, to break the law, or to overload, reverse engineer or resell it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including attempts to get around plan limits.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Voixie Live available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Voixie Live is provided "as is", and our liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions: support@voixie.com.
Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Voixie AI Technologies (Ankara, Türkiye; "biz") tarafından sunulan iPhone ve Android için Voixie Live uygulamaları ile voixie-live.web.app için geçerlidir. Hesap oluşturarak ya da Voixie Live'ı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Verilerin nasıl işlendiği için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
Hizmet
Voixie Live konuşmayı canlı olarak yazıya ve çeviriye dönüştürür. Sonuçlar otomatik üretilir; isimler, sayılar ve anlam dahil hatalar içerebilir. Tıbbi, hukuki, mali, güvenlikle ilgili ya da başka kritik kararlarda yalnızca bu sonuçlara güvenmeyin; önemli noktaları konuşmacıyla ya da yetkin bir tercümanla doğrulayın.
Hesabınız
Hesap açmadan telefonda yapılan kısa deneme dışında Voixie Live'ı kullanmak için hesap gerekir. Giriş bilgilerinizi kimseyle paylaşmayın; hesabınız altında yapılanlardan siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulamadan (Hesap → Hesabı sil) ya da bu sayfada anlatıldığı gibi silebilirsiniz.
Paketler, pasolar, abonelikler ve ücretsiz denemeler
- Ücretsiz paket, telefon başına bir kez 30 dakikalık dinleme içerir (web'de ayrıca 30 gün boyunca ağ başına bir kez); yenilenmez. Sesli çeviri bu süreyi 4 kat hızlı harcar. Aynı telefonda açılan yeni hesap bu süreyi yeniden almaz. Ücretli paketler (Plus, Pro, Business), abone olurken uygulamada gösterilen aylık dinleme süresini ve oturum uzunluğunu içerir.
- Günlük ve Haftalık Pasolar tek seferlik satın alımlardır ve yenilenmez. Paso, satın alındığı andan itibaren 24 saat ya da 7 gün boyunca, satın alırken uygulamada gösterilen adil kullanım dinleme sınırına kadar erişim sağlar (sesli çeviri bu sınırı 4 kat hızlı harcar). Bu sürenin sonunda biter ve o an kalan dinleme süresi geçersiz olur. Başka bir paso etkinken alınan paso onu uzatır.
- Abonelikler App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden satılır ve o mağaza hesabından ücretlendirilir. Siz iptal edene kadar aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik yenilenir. App Store'da bir sonraki ücretten kaçınmak için mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edin.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa, bitmeden iptal etmezseniz deneme sonunda ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür. Denemeler hesap ya da mağaza hesabı başına bir kez kullanılabilir.
- Aboneliklerinizi App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetir ve iptal edersiniz. Uygulamayı ya da Voixie Live hesabınızı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İadeler Apple ya da Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yapılır.
- Kullanılmayan dinleme süresi bir sonraki aya devretmez. Sonraki dönemler için fiyatları ya da paket içeriklerini değiştirebiliriz; fiyat artışı size uygulanmadan önce mağaza sizi bilgilendirir.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Voixie Live'ı yasalara uygun kullanın. Bazı yerlerde ve kurumlarda konuşmalar yazıya dökülmeden ya da çevrilmeden önce katılımcıları bilgilendirmeniz ya da onaylarını almanız gerekir. Hizmeti başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek, yasaları çiğnemek, aşırı yüklemek, tersine mühendislik yapmak ya da yeniden satmak için kullanmayın. Paket sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak dahil hizmeti kötüye kullanan hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
Erişilebilirlik ve sorumluluk
Voixie Live'ı erişilebilir tutmak için çalışırız, ancak kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Voixie Live "olduğu gibi" sunulur ve hizmetle ilgili herhangi bir talep için sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda hizmet için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu hükümler, zorunlu tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih en son sürümü gösterir, önemli değişiklikler uygulamada duyurulur. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Sorular için: support@voixie.com.
