Delete your Voixie Live account
In the app
- Open Voixie Live and tap the person icon (Account) at the top of the start screen.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently.
On the web
Go to voixie-live.web.app, sign in with the same method you use in the app, and follow the same two steps.
By email
Write to support@voixie.com from the email address of your account. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
Your sign-in (email address, sign-in method and account identifier), your plan details and your usage history are deleted permanently and right away. Transcripts are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing else to remove. Standard security logs of our hosting provider expire on their own within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.

E-postayla
Hesabınızın e-posta adresinden support@voixie.com adresine yazın. Hesabınızı 7 gün içinde siler ve yanıt vererek onaylarız.
Neler silinir
Girişiniz (e-posta adresi, giriş yöntemi ve hesap kimliği), paket bilgileriniz ve kullanım geçmişiniz hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Transkriptler sunucularımızda hiç saklanmadığı için silinecek başka bir şey yoktur. Barındırma sağlayıcımızın standart güvenlik kayıtları 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
Abonelikler
Hesabınızı silmek App Store ya da Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez. Aboneliği App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin; satın alma kayıtları Apple ya da Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre saklanır.
